At Tessuti Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fabric or notions do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of receipt provided they remain in their original, uncut condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully fold the uncut fabric and place it in secure packaging along with your original packing slip and the Return Authorization form.
Ship to Tessuti
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your parcel back to our Sydney-based warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to ensure they are in original condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
